| GUARANTEE All works of art are sold unframed. The dimensions are given for information only. All presented works are guaranteed in conformity with their description on the website. |
| PRICE All prices are given in EUROS (€). They can be modified without notice. |
| ORDER All order is definitive. To be receivable, the possible modifications or terminations asked by the purchaser, should arrive in writing before the shipping of the works of art. |
| MEANS AND TERMS OF PAYMENT Payments can be done by a bank money transfer (IBAN and SWIFT codes) or with PAYPAL (PayPal : is the secure, free, easy way to pay) by means of your bank card . The goods are reserved during 2 weeks until their complete payment. |
| PROPERTY The transfer of property is effective after the complete payment of the goods in agreement with the law n° 80-335 of May 12, 1980. |
| SHIPPING & INSURANCE The goods are sent in a new and reinforced tube at the rate of 1 to 5 engravings by tube. They travel in any case to the customer's own risks, to which he/it belongs in case of default or damage, to make all necessary reserves by the transporter. We ship with FEDEX (with a tracking number) to Europe, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and Asia (with a time delivery of approximatively 2 days). |
| RETURN OF THE GOODS If the customer wishes to return his purchase in the 7 days of the receipt of the parcel, he must replace the works of art with all precautions of use in their packing of origin. (The instructions will be provided back then). Upon receipt of the parcel by Passion Estampes, the price of the purchase (from which will be deducted the shipping fees, the insurance and the possible custom taxes) will be credited on the account of the customer, with the exception of possible adjustments for damage to the works because of the customer's carelessness. |
